It was freezing all complaints fell on deaf ears. Thanksgiving weekend the indoor pool was 60 degrees and the air temp around pool area was 62. Since the hotel is not a real hilton but a franchise, it lacks the feel and service of a real hilton. We just stayed at the Nystic Hilton and both couples agree it was the WORST HOtel we have ever been to.
